Employee Highlight - Justine

Meet Justine, Pax Massage’s resident esthetician and massage therapist. Justine specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports and Pregnancy Massages and Body Exfoliations. Justine has a spot on pressure and can tailor massages to range between being firm to deep. She uses many different techniques such as trigger point, myofascial and neuromuscular to loosen up any knots and adhesions her clients may have. Justine also performs all of the facials at Pax and is constantly revamping the services we offer. She has a talent for analyzing her client’s skin and giving them just the treatment – and follow up care – that they need.

Justine is no stranger to hard work. She has been in the beauty and wellness industry since she was 16 years old, obtaining her cosmetologist  license before she even graduated high school. She then enrolled in a 600 hour program to become an esthetician at Elizabeth Grady, and immediately started practicing as a licensed esthetician. Throughout her schooling and work as an esthetician, she was repeatedly complimented on her massage techniques. This encouraged Justine to enroll in a 600 hour program to become a licensed massage therapist at SpaTech Institute in Ipswich, MA.

Justine knows how good it feels to get a great facial or massage, and she loves knowing she can make a difference in her client’s life by imparting this feeling upon them. Her inspiration for the sessions she gives – whether it is a facial or a massage – is to understand her client’s goals, and give them a relaxing and effective treatment tailored to addressing their needs and concerns.
