Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage provides an all-over relaxation experience. Using gentle yet firm strokes, this massage will relieve bound up stress and muscle tension while improving circulation, assisting in metabolic waste build-up and increasing body awareness.

Deep Tissue Massage

True deep tissue massage can be one of the most therapeutic and healing massages. This massage targets specific muscle groups to relieve tension, stress and chronic muscle problem.

Hot Stone Massage

Unwind with a luxurious and relaxing lava and basalt stone massage. This technique involves long soothing strokes. The stones allow the heat to penetrate the deeper muscles of the body to melt your tension away. This massage has been recommended for those with osteoarthritis, arthritis, poor circulation and insomnia. $15 add-on

Hot Stones are a great way to relax the body, warm the bones and soothe the soul.

Sports Massage

Sports massage applies massage principals to the needs of athletes. This technique uses the fluid strokes of a Deep Tissue as well as assisted stretching, and hot/cold therapy can be used to enhance athletic performance and help decrease recovery time.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage during pregnancy is a great way to relieve the everyday tension, general aches and pains your body goes through. It stimulates your lymphatic systems, increasing immunity and the removal of excess toxins, while stabilizing hormonal levels. This massage can relieve fatigue, enhance sleep and calm the body as well as give the mother-to-be some special time for her to enjoy the pregnancy in a positive, accepting way. The therapist works with each individual woman to make her pregnancy and postpartum period more comfortable. Research has shown that massage also has a positive effect on the baby. *All expectant mothers should check with their doctors prior to getting a massage, as certain conditions require a physician’s approval. It is important to share information about your condition and your preferences with your massage therapist when you arrive for your appointment. The massage therapist will adjust your prenatal massage to make it as soothing and as useful as possible based on your personal needs and preferences.

Aromatherapy Massage

Unwind with this gentle, relaxing massage that improves circulation and vitality. Pressure can range from very light to medium. Our skilled therapists will customize a blend of essential oils to meet your needs. $10 add on

Couples Massage

Relax and indulge together. Two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. Reserve our side by side massage suite if you would like to enjoy your massage with a friend or loved one – couples, two friends, two sisters, mother and daughter, etc. Your massage therapist will work on your individual needs as you relax together.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy focuses on balancing the positive, negative, and neutral poles of the body. Using light and deep pressure point massage, your therapist will be gently rocking and stretching you. Healing crystals will also be used during your session. This massage will relax and recharge your energy, and is a powerful healing technique that can reduce stress, pain and tension, balance your emotions and provide you with on overall sense of happiness and well-being. Polarity Therapy is received fully clothed through a series of gentle, yet powerful hand placements.

Pax Signature Massage

This massage is customized to each client’s needs. The long soothing strokes with our signature blend of aromatherapy will calm your senses and sooth your soul. This massage is perfect for those who need to leave the worries of the day behind. $10 add-on

Pax Body Exfoliation

Unveil your true soft and supple skin with a body exfoliation. The long invigorating strokes and our exfoliating formulas will refine even the roughest areas without irritation to the skin. $15 add-on

Peaceful Hydration Facial

An intense hydrating and moisturizing treatment customized for dry, sun-damaged and aging skin. Also great for eczema and dermatitis. Relax as your skin is cleansed, and then ampoules are applied to the skin with a gentle massage and steam. A collagen mask is then applied, topped off by a warm, paraffin mask. Finally, toner and a moisturizer are applied to leave your skin looking radiant!

Oxygen Facial

Give your skin a breath of fresh air! The Oxygen Facial delivers oxygen below the surface of the skin to thoroughly cleanse pores and increase circulation. This wonderfully therapeutic treatment stimulates and revitalizes the skin leaving a youthful glow. It also lightens and brigthens naturally to reduce hyperpigmentation (dark spots). Restores dry, mature or allergy prone skin with rejuvenating Q10 and healing oxygen.

Tropical Escape Facial

A relaxing escape, this facial is customized for all skin types. Skin is cleansed and then exfoliated with a papaya enzyme mask. Relax as you recieve a wonderful face massage, followed by a mandarin mask. Finally, toner and a moisturizer are applied to leave your skin looking radiant. Leaves skin feeling soft without irritation.
